 | Delivery
Unless otherwise indicated, our prices show or include include GB mainland delivery to locations * on the ground floor only, where there are no steps or other obstructions hindering either access or vehicle unloading. Please allow a minimum of 100mm on all external dimensions to allow for packaging. In case of doubt - please call.
In order to minimise costs, safes are despatched directly from the manufacturer's distribution centre, by the manufacturer's specialist carriers, avoiding double handling charges. The delivery charge is passed on at cost - we levy no handling charge, nor do we add any margin.
Returns
Please be aware that if you wish to return the product, other than as a defective product, the delivery element is non refundable and the return delivery cost will be at your expense. These charges are passed on at cost and this may vary from a relatively small amount (less than £20) to over £500 for the largest safes. A breakdown of the delivery /return charge can be supplied on request, where it is not shown on our website.
Delivery Times
Please note that deliveries will take place during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Please contact us, prior to ordering, if there are specific time / date restrictions which may require a special delivery.
* Please see below regarding smaller safes up to 56 kgs
Delivery Location
For other than unobstructed ground floor locations and possibly subject to site suitability survey, delivery can usually be made to other specified locations. Please contact us (details below) if delivery is required via a lift ** or if any steps are involved. These special deliveries may attract an extra charge and are subject to acceptance by the carrier.
** Where there is a suitable lift, of adequate dimensions and capacity, there will usually be no extra charge for deliveries to other floors, provided that otherwise unobstructed access is available.

Customers must ensure that free access is available. Please be aware of the weight / dimensions of the items being delivered.
Delivery General
Safes are heavy items, requiring special handling and we require a contact name and telephone number to 'book in' large or heavy items for delivery. Please note that aborted deliveries may be charged for.
Should the delivery carriers be unable to complete the delivery because of obstructions or other impediments not notified to us, the delivery may be charged and further costs levied for returning / redelivering the goods.
* Smaller safes and cash boxes, up to 56 kgs, which are more easily transportable, are delivered to your ground floor door. This includes: Key Cabinets, Cash Boxes, Strong Boxes, Laptop Cases, 0700 Series, Saracen Series, Imperial Series, Fortress Series, Citadel 1191, Titan Series (except 1253), Cashier Deposit 0996, Datacare 2001 and Data protection inserts (unless delivered with a safe).
Non-mainland GB and European delivery can be arranged as a 'drop off' only. Please contact us for prices.
